Ambient industrial-techno and west coast electronic music pioneer Landscape Body Machine (aka Craig Joseph Huxtable) returns this spring with a brand new mix of their fouled mouthed electro-industrial classic No Cable as well as a new music video and a host of remixes from some the best artists in underground dance music.
Hot on the heels of last fall’s 25th anniversary edition remaster of their classic debut album Structure (Remastered by Canadian gold record producer Chris Peterson), the No Cable 2022 EPincludes a new mix by Landscape Body Machine as well as remixes by Urceus Exit, Caustic, Slighter and The Gothsicles.
No Cable was first released in 1996 and quickly became a memorable club hit, making its way onto dance floors across the globe. The track became a legendary share in the early days of internet for blending a menacing, driving beat with the vulgar observations of a unhinged man who just wanted to “watch some fucking TV”. Armed with a new music video by Vancouver videographer Joey Chaos and an EP mixed and mastered by Chris Peterson with artwork by Simon Paul, No Cable 2022 is prepared to storm the dance floor once again.
No cable 2022 is set for release on April 16 on Bandcamp and Itunes and across all major streaming platforms including Apple Music, Amazon, Tidal and Spotify.
